Playa de Fañabé
A long, lively family beach right in the centre of Costa Adeje, with everything you need on the promenade behind it.
Fañabé is one of the longest beaches in Costa Adeje and sits in the middle of the resort, so it is easy to reach from most hotels on foot. It joins up with the beaches to the south and can feel like one long strip of sand.
Expect rows of sunbeds, water sports kiosks and a constant flow of people along the promenade. Shops, bars and restaurants are directly behind the sand.
Sea conditions change with the swell. On calm days it is fine for a swim, on rougher days the waves can be strong, so keep an eye on the flags and on children.
Local tips
- Check the beach flag before swimming
- The promenade behind the beach is good for an evening walk
Beach facilities and sea conditions change. Always follow the flags and lifeguard instructions where present.
