La Caleta coastal walk
An easy seafront walk along the promenade between the resort beaches and the old fishing village of La Caleta.
The coastal promenade runs along much of Costa Adeje. The northern part, from Playa del Duque to La Caleta, is one of the nicest stretches, with sea views, gardens and benches along the way.
La Caleta itself is a former fishing village with seafood restaurants right on the water. Walk there in the late afternoon and stay for dinner and the sunset.
Beyond the village, a rougher path continues to the secluded beach of Diego Hernández.
Local tips
