Getting around Costa Adeje without a car

· CostaAdeje.fun

Walking, buses and taxis: the easy ways to get around the resort and beyond.

Costa Adeje is compact enough that many visitors never need a car.

On foot

The coastal promenade connects La Caleta, El Duque, Fañabé, Torviscas and Puerto Colón. It is flat, well lit and the easiest way to get between beaches and restaurants. Some hotels and apartments are uphill, so check the walk from your accommodation.

Buses

Public buses in Tenerife are run by TITSA. Routes link Costa Adeje with Adeje town, Los Cristianos, the airport and the rest of the island. Check the TITSA website or app for current routes and timetables.

Taxis

Taxis are easy to find at ranks near the main shopping centres and hotels.

When a car helps

If you want to explore beyond the resort, such as Callao Salvaje, Teide or the north of the island, a hire car gives you the most freedom.
